If a client does not find the perfect design within our collection, we offer a private consultation service where we work directly with them to create a fully custom ring. This includes guiding the entire design process, from initial concept and style direction to selecting the ideal diamond or gemstone, as well as choosing the most suitable metal and setting. This service is provided free of charge, because we see it as part of the craft itself — not an added luxury.
